Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said on Thursday that the state government has set an ambitious goal of providing government jobs and employment to one crore youth in the next five years. To achieve the skills, the state is creating many opportunities in both government and private sectors, making educated youth self -reliant, skilled and employment -oriented, making the educated youth self -reliant, skilled and employment -oriented, leading to significant contribution in the economy of Bihar and India.
The CM of Bihar said in a post on X, “You are aware that in the next five years, a target has been set to provide government jobs and employment to one crore youth. In the coming time, a large number of new jobs and employment opportunities will be created in government and private sectors. To achieve this target, youth are being given skill development training so that they can get jobs/employment.”
Since the formation of the new government in November 2005, Nitish Kumar has made the highest priority to empower the youth. He said, “Since the formation of the new government in November 2005, it has been our top priority to provide government jobs and employment and to strengthen and empower more and more youth.”
The Chief Minister of Bihar explained in detail about the 7 decision program and said that it would include unemployed undergraduate youth (in art, science and commerce) aged 20-25 and also announced that 1000/months will be given for two years for eligible graduates under the Chief Minister’s decision self-help allowance scheme (MNSSBY), which are not studying, without self-employment or government/private jobs.
He said, “Under this, unemployed graduates will also be covered in arts, science and commerce besides intermediate passes already getting benefits. Graduate youths between the age of 20 to 25 years, who are not doing further studies, who are looking for jobs/employment, who have no self-employment and who are not engaged in government, private or non-government employment, will provide a monthly support for a maximum of two years under this scheme.
He hoped that the expanded scheme would be a part of the state’s comprehensive employment strategy, which aims to make educated youth “self -reliant, skilled and employment oriented”. The Chief Minister of Bihar said, “I hope that youth will use this financial support in getting necessary training and prepare for competitive examinations so that their future can be secured. The purpose of this visionary initiative of the state government is to ensure that the youths of the state government have to get more opportunities for the youths of the state government. Become self-reliant, skilled and employment-oriented and contribute significantly to the development of the state and country. “
