Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national spokesperson Shahzad Poonawala on Tuesday targeted the Siddaramaiah government for the increase in prices of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) buses before the upcoming Dussehra festival and accused the state government of placing “anti -Hindu mindset”.

Poonawala told ANI, “The Congress government of Karnataka is a government of ‘account cot loot and lies’. It only taxes and raises prices. It has anti-Hindu mindset. At the time of Dussehra festival, when the Bengaluru-Mysuru route is used the most by Hindus, they are increasing KSRTC bus fare. It shows how they want to rob the common people and the people who want to rob the common people and the Dussehra. To fill and make money through various scams and 10, Janpath is sent. “

Meanwhile, Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) also announced on Tuesday that it would temporarily increase 10 percent fare in all its buses except air -conditioned Shivneri and Shiwi buses from October 15 to November 5.

Speaking on the tragic death of a girl in Bengaluru, Poonawala targeted the Congress, saying that there is a lack of “good infrastructure” in Karnataka, while the ruling party in the state was “called in governance and corruption”. He said that the girl’s life went away during escape from a pit, after which a truck climbed on top of it.

The BJP leader said, “This is not the ‘love shop of love’ of the Congress party, but ‘the goods of death and death shop’. They have raised prices and in return Karnataka has not found a good infrastructure. What they have given, are pits full of pits. If it is, DK Shivkumar says, ‘Even God cannot fix the pits.’ Karnataka is a pit of Congress rule and corruption. “

Amidst the strict criticism being faced by the Congress in Karnataka, a 22 -year -old student died after being crushed by a tipper truck while trying to escape from a pit near Budigere Cross in Bengaluru, Janata Dal (Secular) on Tuesday strictly said that the student was given a ‘sacrifice’ for the Congress Commission.

In a post on social media X, JDS said, “The student was sacrificed for the Congress commission!” The accident occurred under the jurisdiction of Avallly Traffic Police Station on Kemp Gowda International Airport (KIAL) Road. The deceased has been identified as Tanushree. The driver of the tipper truck escaped from the spot. Police said that he has been identified and will be arrested immediately. The state government’s criticism is increasing for pits on the roads in Bangalore.

While the state ministers say that the issue was exaggerated and blamed the previous BJP government for this, the opposition parties are accusing the Congress government of its “administrative failures”.

Father seeks information from police about traffic challans of future son-in-law before daughter's marriage Rayadupalem: A father in Andhra Pradesh's Kakinada district sought information from police about traffic challans against vehicles of his future son-in-law before his daughter's marriage to ascertain his sense of responsibility and driving skills. An official gave this information on Thursday. The police officer described this act as rare and deliberate, saying that the man found it more accurate to assess the character of his future son-in-law based on his behavior on the road, rather than gathering information in the traditional manner. "The man wanted to know whether his future son-in-law was involved in rash driving, drunken driving or repeatedly violating traffic rules. We appreciated his sense of responsibility," the officer said. According to the police, the man had lost his wife several years ago and raised his daughter single-handedly. He said that this father, after facing many difficulties, educated his daughter and made her an engineer. Having recently found a suitable match for his daughter, the father on Tuesday approached the Rayadupalem traffic police with the registration numbers of a car and a two-wheeler belonging to the future son-in-law. Police said that the man believed that a person's behavior while driving often reflects discipline, patience and a sense of social responsibility, so he inquired about the old challans before giving permission for the marriage. After investigation, police did not find any pending challans or serious traffic violations related to the vehicles. The officer said he was pleasantly surprised by the unusual request and appreciated the man's responsible and practical approach in finding a husband for his daughter.
