Dubai is now becoming the second home for Indian businessmen. In the year 2025, thousands of Indian companies have moved out of India and moved to Dubai. According to the latest data of Dubai Chamber of Commerce, 18,486 new Indian companies have been registered in Dubai in just one year. This is the highest number compared to any country and is continuously increasing.

📰: Big news for those going from Hyderabad to Dubai, Air India Express started cheap direct flights, fares start from only ₹ 10,283.

What work are Indian companies doing in Dubai?

Most of the Indians going to Dubai are investing money in real estate and retail business. If we look at the figures, maximum 37.6% new companies have opened in the real estate, renting and business services sectors. The reason behind this is the booming property and rental market in Dubai.

wholesale and retail trade: About 34.5% people are involved in buying and selling goods.
Construction: 17.2% is from the construction sector, which is becoming a partner in the development of the city.
other services: People have also shown interest in transport and personal services.

Cost and rules of starting a business in Dubai

The Dubai government has made the rules much easier for foreigners, due to which the crowd is increasing. Now one gets 100% ownership of the business, for which earlier a local Sheikh or sponsor was required. Apart from this, there is no personal income tax to be paid there, which is a big attraction for Indian investors.

Talking about the cost, work can be started with at least 50,000 AED (about 11-12 lakh Indian rupees) including license, insurance and initial capital. Some free zones also have IT and e-commerce license fees ranging from 6,000 to 15,000 AED. In places like Medan Free Zone, digital licenses are being available in a very short time, due to which people are able to start their work easily.
