SpiceJet has officially launched direct flight services between Ahmedabad and Sharjah. This new flight service has started from 5 February 2026. The airline has decided to fly 5 days a week for the convenience of passengers. This route has been started in view of the huge demand from passengers and tourists going from Gujarat to UAE. A record increase in the number of passengers has also been recorded at Sharjah Airport.

This flight will run on all 5 days of the week (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) except Tuesday and Wednesday. The non-stop flight schedule for passengers is as follows:
Departure from Ahmedabad: 8:20 pm (Sharjah arrival: 10:20 pm)
Departure from Sharjah: 11:20 pm (Arrival Ahmedabad: 3:30 am)
The company is operating its Boeing 737 aircraft on this route. Check-in counters open 3 hours before flight and online check-in can be done up to 48 hours in advance.

At the time of launch, the starting price of return tickets was kept at around AED 900 (approximately Rs 20,500). However, currently in the peak season of February 2026, the fare on the booking platform is seen to be around Rs 30,979. Passport validity for travel should be at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Visa-on-Arrival rules have now become easier for Indian citizens on arrival in Sharjah. Travelers can obtain a 14-day visa at the airport if they meet certain conditions:
