In Bihar, students took to the streets on Monday to protest against the police constable and lack of government jobs in the state. Students claim that no new vacancies have come for recruitment of new students for more than 2 years. The students demanded that the government issue notification on this before the election starts.

Although the Election Commission of India has not announced the dates of the Bihar assembly elections, the elections are expected to be held in October-November.

While marching towards the Chief Minister’s residence in Patna, the students demanded that the Bihar Police Sub-Ordinate Service Commission (BPSSC) and the Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) examination be answered to the students. According to one of the protesters, a delegation of students went to meet an officer of the administration and placed his demands.

The police stopped the protesters for some time, as barricades were installed there, although barricades were removed at some places, causing some students to cross the barrier.

Khushboo Pathak, a protestor standing on the barricades, told reporters, “The students have raised their voice against injustice many times, but the administration is not doing anything. So today we had to protest. Our protest is completely peaceful. Our hands are completely peaceful.

He told the news agency ANI, “The carbon copy of the answer key and the question book will have to be given to BPSSC and CSBC. Bihar Inspector will have to be notified before the election. We are students and march peacefully.”

Another protestor Nitish Kumar told ANI that no new vacancies have been declared in the jobs of policy constables for the last two years, which has made it difficult for him to study in Patna.

He said, “We are trying to go in but the administration is not letting us inside. We are trying to go in constitutionally. We are not the sons of MP or MLA, we are sons of poor farmers, so we are preparing for Bihar police exam and have come here to protest. There has been no vacancy for two years. We are facing a lot of difficulties while living in Patna.”

Aman Kumar Yadav, a protestor on the barricades, said that he will meet only the Chief Minister or the Chief Secretary. Campaign being run by students. In the Chief Minister’s residence siege, there has been a demand that the government issue notification of vacancies for jobs before the election.

The Bihar Police Constable Examination conducted by CSBC was held in several stages from July 15 to August 3. On 29 May, BPSSC issued an official notification for the recruitment of Enforcement Sub Inspector in the Transport Department of the State Government. The objective of this recruitment was to fill 33 posts this year.

Earlier on September 9, in Patna, students in Patna took out a march in protest against the cut in the posts of teachers through Teacher Recruitment (TRE-4).

The current National Democratic Alliance (NDA) led by Nitish Kumar in Bihar, while the Congress and RJD’s India alliance is going to contest. While the BJP, JD (U) and LJP want to continue their rule in Bihar, India wants to remove the India alliance Nitish Kumar from power.

In the current Bihar Legislative Assembly with 243 members, there are 131 MLAs in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), including 80 BJP MLAs, JD (U) -45, HAM (S) -4, and support of 2 independent candidates. The opposition has 111 members in the India alliance, including 77 MLAs of RJD, 19 of Congress, 11 of CPI (ML), 2 of CPI (M) and 2 MLAs of CPI.
