Important rules related to ticket booking and travel
Keeping in mind the safety and convenience of passengers, the airline has set some rules. Currently, all flights from Bahrain International Airport (BAH) are completely suspended, so Dammam Airport has been made a temporary base.
All ticket bookings will be valid through Gulf Air’s official website (gulfair.com) or mobile app only. Passengers have been given strict instructions not to go to the airport without confirmed booking. Free bus service is being provided by the airline to confirmed passengers going from Bahrain to Dammam Airport. The airline is helping those traveling from Bahrain obtain Saudi transit visa. However, those boarding directly from Saudi Arabia are required to have a valid entry visa. Passengers whose earlier flights were canceled due to closure of Bahrain airspace are being given priority in new bookings.
