The Delhi High Court on Wednesday declined to hear a PIL seeking direction to the Central government and IndiGo to pay compensation four times the full ticket value to all passengers whose tickets were canceled after the implementation of the new flight duty time limit (FDTL) during November and December.
A bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyay and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela said it had taken cognizance of another PIL already filed on the same issue and granted liberty to petitioner ‘Centre for Accountability and Systemic Change’ (CASC) to intervene in the pending petition.
