The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has decided to extend its military campaign against Iran for another three weeks. According to official reports, the mission is running well ahead of schedule and so far nearly 70 percent of Iran’s ballistic missile launchers have been rendered completely useless. India’s Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar is also in constant touch with officials of Tehran and Saudi Arabia to ensure the safety of Indian trade and ships in the Gulf region.

IDF spokesperson Brigadier General Effie Defrin said that thousands of targets are still on the list for the coming days. In this joint mission conducted with the US Army, so far more than 3,000 targets in 30 provinces of Iran have been targeted. The weapons manufacturing centers of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) have suffered heavy losses. The Israeli Air Force has bombed more than 200 targets in the last 24 hours.
