New Delhi. A Delhi court will hear daily from October 13 in the alleged job scam case in exchange for land. Judge Vishal Gogane, who was hearing the case, gave these instructions on 20 September. The judge said that under Section 207 of CRPC, the objections raised by the accused will also be heard. The judge said that if the ED’s lawyer, the accused party’s lawyer and the investigating officer Ahlamad can see the court records. The ED has filed a supplementary charge sheet in the job case instead of land. In which 7 more people have been accused. The court has also issued notices on this charge sheet.
Many people including RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, wife Rabri Devi, his elder son Tej Pratap Yadav, younger son Tejashwi Yadav, daughter Misa Bharti and Hema Yadav are accused in the case of land in lieu of land. The case of giving jobs in lieu of land was first investigated by the CBI. After which the ED investigated the money laundering against all the accused, including Lalu Yadav and his family members and filed a charge sheet in the court. It is alleged that when Lalu Yadav was a railway minister during the UPA government, he took land from people and gave him a job in Group D posts in Railways. Lalu Yadav and other accused have always denied this.
The ED claims that during investigation, it found that there were such lands in Delhi, Ghaziabad and Patna, which were given to the accused with very little money. According to the ED, these lands were received by Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti, Hema Yadav, Tej Pratap Yadav and Tejashwi Yadav. Lalu Yadav had also applied in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court to cancel the case of giving jobs in lieu of land, but he did not get relief from both places. Please tell that Lalu Yadav was already convicted in the fodder scam case and stayed in Ranchi Jail for a long time. Later, he was admitted to Ranchi Rims when he worsened. Then the Supreme Court granted him bail. After which Lalu Yadav is still out of jail.
