Nitish Kumar has now announced an allowance to unemployed youth who have passed graduation in science, art and commerce subjects. According to CM Nitish Kumar, earlier self -help allowance scheme was being given to the inter -pass unemployed. Now it has been decided to give these graduate to the youth. This allowance will be received to those youth who are not studying and are looking for employment.

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has told that every youth looking for a job will be given Rs 1000 self -help allowance every month for the next 2 years. Nitish Kumar has said that he hopes that by using this allowance, youth will be able to prepare for competitive examinations by getting necessary training. CM Nitish Kumar has said that this scheme has been implemented for graduate youth under the seven decision program of Bihar government. The youth taking advantage of the scheme should be between 20 and 25 years old. Over -age graduate youth will not get the benefit of Bihar’s self -help allowance scheme.
Nitish Kumar has earlier announced many schemes including free electricity in Bihar, commission for youth, 35 percent reservation for women in government jobs. Assembly elections are expected in Bihar from late October to November. Nitish Kumar is once again trying to come to power in Bihar by winning the NDA. At the same time, the Grand Alliance of RJD -led opposition wants to remove Nitish from power and form its government. In such a situation, the schemes announced by Nitish Kumar are considered to be enticing youth and women.
