A very sad news has emerged for the Indian expatriate community in Dubai. Favaz Chambantagath House, 39, resident of Kerala, died suddenly of a heart attack on Sunday evening. The incident happened when he was packing his bag to catch a 3 am flight on Monday. Fawaz was going home to celebrate Ramzan and Eid with his family, but fate had something else in store. About 24 hours after his flight time, his body was flown back to India via cargo on the same route.
Feeling unwell while packing bags
According to Fawaz’s relatives and friends, he finished Iftar in the evening and started his packing, happy to go home. During this time, he suddenly started feeling restless and started sweating a lot. Within no time he became unconscious. Friends present there immediately called an ambulance and tried to give him CPR until the paramedics arrived. The team of Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services reached the spot, but unfortunately he could not be saved. Doctors have stated the cause of death as ‘Sudden Cardiac Arrest’.
Visa status and family condition
Fawaz was currently in Dubai on a visit visa. He previously worked in a supermarket chain and had recently secured a new job, for which he was waiting for an employment visa. Meanwhile, due to his mother’s ill health, he had decided to go home. His parents, wife and four-year-old son were waiting for his arrival in Kerala. Fawaz had turned 39 on February 1 and was not suffering from any chronic disease. After the completion of the legal proceedings, his body was sent to India by a flight at 1:50 am on Tuesday.
