New Delhi. The Patna High Court has ordered the deepfec AI video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his late mother to be removed by the Bihar Congress on social media recently. Patna High Court Executive Chief Justice P.B. Bajantari has passed this order and issued notice to Congress, Meta, Google, X and Ministry of Information Technology. Santosh Kumar, counsel for the petitioner, argued that a fake video was made through AI with the aim of tarnishing the Prime Minister and his late mother in a planned manner, which was posted on the online platform.
In this case, a complaint was also lodged by BJP leader Sanket Gupta in the Delhi Police and strict action was raised on the video makers and those who posted it. After which an FIR was registered against the Congress’s Ati Cell. On September 10, the Bihar Congress posted a video of Modi and his mother through AI on its official social media account and wrote, the mother who came in Sahab’s dreams. The BJP had strongly condemned the Congress and said that now it has crossed all limits.
After abusing PM Modi’s mother, now the Congress is again insulting Modi and his mother. BJP wrote in its post, ‘Insult to mother, Hindustan will not bear.’ On the other hand, clarification was given by the Congress to post this video. Congress leader Pawan Kheda had said that this video is not an insult to anyone, in this video a mother is teaching Rajdharma to her child. Kheda further said that if the PM finds it derogatory then it is his problem.
