Shillong. His wife Sonam, one of the main accused of plotting the King Raghuvanshi murder case of Indore, has taken a new step in Shillong’s court for bail. At the same time, Sonam’s lawyer has claimed to have flaws in the charge sheet filed by the Meghalaya Police. On September 17, Judicial Magistrate of Sohra Sub Division is going to hold first class hearing on Sonam’s bail application. Sonam’s lawyer filed a bail application on Friday. The prosecution is investigating the record on this. It is believed that the prosecution will oppose the bail application of Sonam, wife of King Raghuvanshi.

Along with Sonam, Raj Kushwaha, Vishal Singh Chauhan, Anand Kurmi and Akash Rajput are in the jail of Raja Raghuvanshi murder case. Silome James, a property dealer, is also lodged in Shillong’s jail for eradicating evidence of the murder of King Raghuvanshi. The Meghalaya Police had filed a 790 -page charge sheet against the accused in the past. The Meghalaya Police claims that Sonam and her alleged lover Raj Kushwaha conspired to assassinate King Raghuvanshi. The AcM police has accused Vishal Singh Chauhan, Anand Kurmi and Akash Rajput to kill Raja Raghuvanshi by sending him to Shillong. The Meghalaya Police claims that Sonam secretly returned to Indore after the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi and stayed in a flat.
According to the Meghalaya Police, Sonam left a black bag in the flat. It had a pistol, five lakh rupees and the jewelry of King Raghuvanshi. Police say property dealer Silom James lost the bag under the conspiracy. Sonam was missing after the murder of King Raghuvanshi. It seemed that the killers kidnapped him. Sonam reached a dhaba in Ghazipur, UP, a long after the murder of Raja Raghuvanshi. From where he contacted his brother. After which the Ghazipur police took the wife of Raja Raghuvanshi into custody and handed over to the Meghalaya Police.
