On Rahul Gandhi’s statement, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that there should not be any discussion of reservation on the basis of caste in the army. Our army soldiers have only one religion and that religion is ‘military religion’. There is no other religion apart from this. The kind of thing that Rahul Gandhi said is not in the interest of the country at all. I want to tell Congress leaders not to drag the army into politics. Whenever this country has been in trouble, our soldiers have made India proud by displaying their bravery and valor. This politics of caste, sect and religion has caused great harm to the country and our thinking is that all sections of the society should be uplifted. We want to take all sections of the society along. We do not want to discriminate on the basis of caste, sect or religion. The sages and sages of our country never even thought about this.
It is noteworthy that in Aurangabad, Bihar, Rahul Gandhi had said that 90 percent of the country’s population is from Dalit, Mahadalit, backward, extremely backward or minority communities. If we take out the list of the biggest 500 companies, no person from backward or Dalit communities will be found there. Everyone working there comes from the top 10 percent, all the jobs go to them, the same 10 percent control the army.
