New Delhi. Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh attended the program organized in Telangana on the occasion of Hyderabad Liberation Day today. During this, he recalled Sardar Patel and referred to Operation Polo launched under his leadership, due to which Hyderabad was freed from the atrocities of the Nizam. He said that 17 September is not just a date or day, but it is also a symbol of the fact that every enemy of India’s integrity and unity will only get defeat. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said, raining those who intend to divide the country on the basis of religion, caste and region, said, there is no value greater than the integrity and unity of India.

The Defense Minister said, Sardar Patel had brought the arrogant Nizam, his crooked advisors and his bloody Razakar army to the knees. After the defeat, the Nizam had to merge with India, had to break the ties with the Razakars and democracy had to be accepted. The terror of the Razakars was similar to the terror of Pahalgam where people were killed by asking religion. The terrorist attack in Pahalgam was also attacking the social harmony of India like the Razakars. He said, when we talk about the razakars, we mean not to the people of any community, we mean the thinking that is against the soul of India. Which does not believe in the idea of ’Sarva Dharma Samabhav’.

Rajnath Singh said, even today there are sympathizers of the Razakars in the country. I want to say clearly, these are our biggest enemies. But we are determined that this thinking, this ideology and this mentality will be completely eliminated from India. Those who want to share India in the name of religion, region, caste and language, I want to remind them when Operation Polo took place, our brave soldiers had protected India’s integrity without cares about any caste, religion or religion.
