Siddaramaiah has said that there will be a reshuffle in the Karnataka cabinet after the Bihar assembly elections. Siddaramaiah said that he is going to talk to the Congress high command about the cabinet reshuffle. So is this indicating that CM Siddaramaiah is going to play some game?
At the same time, according to media reports, Karnataka Housing Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan and many senior Congress leaders have given statements in favor of keeping Siddaramaiah as CM for the full five years. At the same time, DK Shivakumar’s group wants to implement the agreement under which there is talk of changing the CM after two and a half years. Siddaramaiah went to Mysuru on Monday. Siddaramaiah told the media there that the Congress high command has not asked for changes in the cabinet, but he will talk about it. Siddaramaiah said that he will go to Delhi around November 15. If the green signal is received from the Congress high command, there may be a cabinet reshuffle.
On the other hand, information is also coming that big changes can be seen in Karnataka Congress also. At present, DK Shivkumar is not only holding the responsibility of Deputy CM but also the responsibility of State Congress President. According to the information, PWD Minister in Siddaramaiah government, Satish Jarkiholi is a contender of Karnataka Congress and he is going to go to Delhi to meet the party high command. At the same time, there is talk of DK Shivkumar also going to Delhi. In such a situation, it remains to be seen whose side will the political boat take the tussle that has been going on for the last two and a half years between the factions of Siddaramaiah and Shivakumar in Karnataka.
