With the Bihar assembly elections approaching, former Deputy Minister of the state and former RJD MLA Tejashwi Yadav claimed on Monday that the NDA government has made Bihar the center of unemployment, migration and poverty. In a post on Ax, Tejashwi Yadav said that “despite being in power of Nitish-Modi government for 20 years and 11 years in the center, the NDA government has made Bihar a key center. It is not, but the NITI Aayog report of the Government of India has been saying year after year. “
He further said that in the last 20 years, the per capita income of Bihar has been less than the world’s poorest African countries Uganda and Rwanda. The son of National Janata Dal President Lalu Prasad Yadav, through his post, asked Nitish Kumar and PM Narendra Modi, saying, “Why is Bihar the main center of unemployment? And how much has been migrated from Bihar in the last 20 years, and why is the migration in Bihar growing in the last 20 years?”
Yadav also asked why the government did not make region-specific clusters in the state in 20 years? He also asked how many mills, how many industries and factories have been closed in the state. Apart from this, he also questioned the government on the transparency of examination and recruitment processes for the last 20 years. In addition, he also questioned the government on the transparency of examination and recruitment processes for the last 20 years.
Earlier, Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday lashed out at Bihar’s NDA government and said that the people of Bihar would ask if Prime Minister Narendra Modi can allegedly “win” in Bihar by “factories”. He also criticized the NDA government for lack of development in the state.
Talking to reporters, Tejashwi Yadav said, “Crime and corruption have increased. This is the situation in Bihar. Look at the status of education, irrigation and healthcare. Bihar is the worst in terms of per capita income and per capita investment. Bihar is at the last place in terms of income of farmers. There is no industry here, no business.”
Meanwhile, elections in Bihar are to be held later this year, in October or November. However, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has not yet announced the official date.
