New rules on flight tickets and visas for travelers

In case of flight cancellation, full refund is also being given by the airline. Apart from this, the UAE government has completely waived the overstay fine for those who are unable to leave the country on time due to flight cancellations.

Air India and Air India Express are running 80 special and scheduled flights to safely rescue stranded Indians. Of these, 62 special flights are flying only to UAE and Saudi Arabia. The Indian Embassy has asked the 35 lakh Indians living in UAE to maintain peace and not travel without need. The embassy has also said that people should not pay attention to rumors on social media and trust only government information.
