Farsgaon. Farasgaon police arrested the accused who raped a minor on the pretext of marriage and sent him to jail. Accused of interstate ganja smuggling arrested with one ton of ganja
On the information of the informer, the police caught two youths illegally hiding ganja in Matador and taking them from Jagdalpur to Raipur via Kondagaon. Police seized ganja in 206 packets in 38 sacks from Matador. The value of the confiscated ganja by the police has been stated to be Rs 2 crore 10 lakh. The arrested accused youth are Ravi Hasan (31) Police Station Badarpur, Delhi and Rakesh Kumar (22) Razawal Police Station Gonda District Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. Both the accused have been sent to jail on judicial remand.
According to the information received from the police, on the basis of the information received from the informer, the police on Monday stopped a white colored matador vehicle coming from Jagdalpur side and checked the blockade at Madarpal Tiraha.
