In order to eliminate anemia in pregnant women by eliminating anemia, the government started Janani Suraksha Yojana, so that pregnant women can eat nutritious food from the amount received from time to time under this scheme. And anemia should end in them, but about ten thousand pregnant women are missing from the Anmol portal in the district. Women who are missing from the maternity portal are not able to get this amount for nutritional diet, so from where will they eat nutritious food? In such a situation, the aspect to be considered is that how will anemia in pregnant women be eradicated? Administrative officers are also very upset about this subject and have reprimanded those responsible in review meetings. Recently, action has been taken against many ASHA workers due to this. About 1800 complaints were filed last year on the CM helpline for payment, out of which 800 complaints are still pending.
More than nine thousand anemic across the district
If we look at the data of the last one year, more than nine thousand pregnant women in the district have become victims of anemia in pregnancy. Of these women, 7 thousand women were found to be moderately anemic, while more than two thousand women were found to be severely anemic. Most of the anemic women are from poor and working families. Due to missing from the portal of women, due to not getting maternity assistance of four thousand rupees at the time of ANC, they are not able to take nutritious food and this is the reason that anemia is increasing in them. Many women are not able to get maternity help even due to technical flaws of the portal.

Aid amount not received even after one year of delivery
Asha Lodhi, wife of Barjor Singh, a resident of Banpur of Khaniyadhana, was delivered on February 2, 2021, but she has not received 10 thousand 600 rupees of maternity assistance till date. He has been wandering from here to there continuously for a year. A complaint has been lodged with the Collector, but till now the payment has not been made to him. In this regard, when information was sought from the operator of Khaniyadhana, Girish, he said that the ANM has put the same ID of both husband and wife on the portal. This is the reason why payment is not possible. According to Girish, such a case is not only of Asha alone, there are many such cases. These circumstances show that how many women across the district would not have received maternity aid and would be victims of anemia.
Why are pregnant women missing?
The main reason for missing maternities from the Anmol portal is the negligence in data entry at the ANM level. In many places, ANMs are not even doing entry and there are many ANMs who are feeding wrong information while entering, due to which pregnant women are missing. Due to being pregnant, she is not able to get iron pills, maternity aid etc. on time, she is not able to follow up and this is the main reason for anemia.
they say
In the last years, there was no entry of maternities on the Anmol portal, due to which there is a difference in the data of the obstetricians, due to not being able to be on the Anmol portal, they are facing problems in getting the assistance. About 1800 complaints were registered from the district on the CM helpline, out of which we have resolved one thousand complaints. There are about 800 complaints pending at present, which we will also resolve soon.
