There has been a debate among political parties after the Mayor of South Delhi Municipal Corporation directed the closure of meat shops during Navratri. BJP MP Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma has also supported this direction. At the same time, during a debate on a private news channel on the same issue, there was a heated argument between BJP spokesperson Shahzad Poonawalla and Maulana Ansar Raza of Garib Nawaz Foundation.
In fact, when Ansar Raza, who was waiting for his turn for a long time in this debate on Aaj Tak channel, got a chance to speak, Shahzad Poonawalla taunted that he has to be persuaded to speak here, is there a new secularism? On this, Ansar Raza scolded the BJP spokesperson and said that hey shut up man.
Ansar Raza said, “Hey shut up man, what nonsense do you do on the TV channel, you go on talking back and forth. Learn to listen to others too.” On this Shahzad Poonawalla said, “We have been listening for seventy years, Maulana sahib, we listen to your loudspeaker 5 times. Just listening.” On this, Ansar Raza said that what rights have been given by the country, their mouth is not closed.
After this Shahzad Poonawalla said that Maulana Saheb, it is the month of Ramzan, do not get angry. On this, angry at the BJP spokesperson, Ansar Raza said, “Oh shut up man, the people of Bade Ramzan have come, shut up, listen, it’s been 25 minutes while listening to your nonsense.” Poonawalla said that such things are not spoken in Ramzan. Maulana said don’t teach us, teach BJP. Whose slavery are you doing?
Responding to this, Shahzad Poonawalla said that I am enslaved to the country, to the Constitution, whose slavery are you doing.
Let us tell you that this whole debate broke out regarding the closure of meat shops in Delhi. Significantly, on Monday, the South Delhi Municipal Corporation issued an order that in view of Navratri, from April 2 to April 11, meat and meat shops will not open for nine days.
