5 Mistakes before bed ruin your body system: Our body runs on a system. Our body has its own biological clock. That means our body moves according to the speed of time. For example, to digest food, many types of enzymes and compounds are released in the stomach which break down the food and obtain nutrients from it. But if we do not eat food according to this speed, the balance of enzymes will get disturbed. Similarly, for other things also the body moves at its own pace. But in modern lifestyle we do not do any work properly. There are many things like having dinner late at night, drinking alcohol and cigarettes, not taking walks which spoil the system of our body. The problem is that most people work like this. Therefore, if you also do such things before sleeping or after having dinner at night, then be cautious because it can become the cause of many slow diseases.
Do not do this work before sleeping

Having dinner immediately before sleeping- Chief Clinical Nutritionist, Apollo Hospital Dr. Priyanka Rohatgi Told that eating late at night and immediately lying down on the bed is a very bad habit. Firstly, if you sleep late at night, then the entire hormonal system in your body will get disturbed and secondly, the balance of enzymes will also get disturbed. Due to this, metabolism will slow down and you will gradually become victim of many types of diseases.
- 2. Cigarette-alcohol before sleepingIf you are addicted to cigarette or alcohol just before sleeping, then change it immediately because by doing so you are making your body a home for diseases. While sleeping at night, the internal parts of the body also remain less active but the harmful elements of cigarettes and alcohol work to spoil it. Doing this will increase stomach acid reflux, heartburn, and digestive problems. Doing this for a long time can cause many diseases.
- 3. Sleeping without walking- Most people lie down in bed immediately after having dinner at night. This method is also not correct. Due to this, digestion can get spoiled and metabolism can also become slow. Therefore, after eating dinner at night, walk for at least 10 minutes. This will bring peaceful sleep.
- 4. Screen time before sleeping- In this age of technology, there would hardly be anyone who would not spend time on the screen before sleeping. Everyone likes to watch something on mobile for some time before sleeping. But it is harmful in many ways. Firstly, it will weaken your eyesight, secondly you will not be able to sleep quickly, thirdly the amount of stress hormone cortisol will increase. It may seem good at that time but due to this you will remain stressed throughout the day and will feel entangled in something or the other in your mind.
- 5. Drinking tea and coffee-Many people have the habit of drinking tea and coffee before sleeping at night. It is absolutely wrong to do this. Tea and coffee contain caffeine compound. Caffeine prevents the body from absorbing iron and calcium, due to which the body does not get the essential minerals.
