Jaipur , From April 1, purchase of mustard and gram will be started at 1270 purchase centers including 635 of gram and 635 of mustard in the state. This information was given by Cooperative Minister Shri Uday Lal Anjana on Thursday. Online registration for purchase has been started from March 25. The facility of registration has been given to the farmer on E-Mitra or the respective purchase center (Gram Seva Co-operative Society / Purchase Sales Co-operative Society).
Anjana informed that the Government of India has given a target of 5.97 lakh metric tonnes for gram procurement and 13.03 lakh metric tonnes for mustard procurement. Mustard will be purchased from farmers at the support price of Rs.5050 and gram at Rs.5230 at designated centres. He said that the farmers should prepare the produce as per the set FAQ norms to avoid any inconvenience at the time of weighing.
The Cooperation Minister said that all the farmers should get their mobile numbers linked in Aadhaar so that the farmers can get the information of weighing date in time. Farmers should ensure that their bank account number is updated (inscribed) in Jan Aadhar card so that the account number and IFSC If there is no discrepancy in the code so that there is no problem at the time of payment. If farmers do not have any problem regarding online registration, sale and payment of produce, etc., then they can solve the problem by calling toll free number 18001806001.
