A surprising incident has come to light in the case of land encroachment in Chhattisgarh. Let us inform that the Tehsildar Court in Raigad district issued a notice to Lord Shiva along with many people and issued a decree for his presence. Those who received the notice were told with an order that they would be fined Rs 10,000 for non-appearance.

In such a situation, the local people uprooted the Shivling from the Shiva temple and took it to the court by rickshaw. However, even there God did not get relief and due to the absence of the Tehsildar, the next date was given by the court on 13 April.
In fact, a notice was issued to the Shiva temple located at Kauakunda in Raigad for a complaint of illegal occupation. The court had issued this notice in the name of Lord Shankar. This matter also made a lot of headlines. People were curious about this matter.
Let us inform that a petition has been filed in the High Court regarding illegal occupation and construction. Raigad Tehsil Court had constituted a demarcation team in this case from 23 to 24 February and 2 March and got it investigated in Kauhakunda village. Illegal possession was found in the possession of many people. In such a situation, the court issued notice to 10 people and banned the construction.
It is noteworthy that due to the absence of the name of any priest regarding the possession, the court had directly issued a notice in the name of the Shiva temple. Everyone can take this action on behalf of the administration. On the other hand, Congress councilor Sapna Sidar told that it was already fractured about the Shivling being uprooted from the temple and taken to the court. A new Shivling was installed by taking it out of the temple.
On the other hand, Tehsildar Gagan Sharma said on the ruckus regarding the notice that he was not aware in this regard. The notice was issued by the Naib Tehsildar. If there is any mistake it will be rectified. Due to the public hearing, the date of the court has been kept on April 13.
