Ambulances and other vehicles could not even reach the village due to no paved road to the village.
The death of common people due to the carelessness of the system has become quite normal. Many such incidents have come to the fore in which the lives of ordinary citizens have been put in danger many times due to the negligence of the government or machinery. Another such case had come to the fore some time back, in which a young woman and her infant lost their lives due to lack of timely treatment. This incident became the subject of discussion among the people. However, in this incident, fortunately, the life of both the woman and her child has been saved.
According to detailed information, the incident had come to light on Saturday in Chaibasa and Jojobera village of Prakash. Some women of the village themselves carried her for a kilometer on her shoulder to take the pregnant woman to the hospital. After this they took her to the ambulance and the woman reached the hospital. The woman had to be carried for a kilometer as the ambulance did not reach the village. Dinesh’s wife Malti had suffered maternity pain in the afternoon on Saturday also.
Many people have to face difficulties due to the inability of the government ambulance to reach the village on a daily basis. An ambulance was called at the time of Malti’s delivery. But she could not come inside the village, after that she also called a private car. But that car too got stuck in the mud. After this some women together took him to the ambulance.
Malti was lucky enough to have given birth to a healthy child even after so many hardships. Locals say that the road leading to their village is very dilapidated. Information has also been given to the local MLA in this matter, but apart from assurance, he did not get anything.
