The summit of the sanctum sanctorum is being built from stone and marble of Rajasthan
The construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya is going on in full swing. Till now the construction work of the temple is progressing according to its plan. According to which it is expected that by the end of the year 2023, devotees will be allowed to have darshan of Bahagwan inside the temple. However, it will still take time till 2025 for the complete temple to be built. Sharing some details of the project, Ram Mandir trust sources said that the main temple will be of three floors and will have five pavilions.
Sources have revealed that the length of the temple will be 360 feet, the width will be 235 feet and the height of each floor will be 20 feet. The entire construction of the temple is going as per the plan and by the end of the year 2023 all the devotees will be able to have darshan of Lord Rama. Giving more details, sources said that the temple will have 160 pillars on the ground floor, 132 pillars on the first floor and 74 pillars on the second floor. The summit of the sanctum will be at 161 feet from the ground floor, which will be made of stone and marble from Rajasthan.
Let us tell you that after the decision of the Supreme Court, the work of construction of the temple became easy. After which Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 5 February 2020 created Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust for the construction and operation of the temple. The design of the temple has been done keeping in mind the aspirations of all the devotees. It is noteworthy that the construction work of the temple has a lot of political importance. Because with the construction of the temple, BJP will get a strong issue for the Lok Sabha elections to be held in the year 2024.
