Lucknow, July 14 (IANS)| The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (UP ATS) on Wednesday arrested three more terrorists linked to Al Qaeda. All three are residents of Lucknow. The names of the arrested terrorists are Shakeel, Mohammad Mustakim and Mueed. In a statement issued by the UP ATS, it has been told that on July 11, two terrorists belonging to Ansar Gajwatul Hind, Minhaj and Mushirudd, were arrested from Lucknow in the ATS operation. Both the accused have been sent to police custody for 14 days as per the order of the court. They were being interrogated.

The ATS has got information about these three in the interrogation of Minhaj and Mashiruddin. The three accused are members of Al Qaeda-linked Ansar Ghazwa-ul-Hind. ATS had nabbed Shakeel, a resident of Wazirganj Janata Nagar, near Buddha Park on Wednesday morning.
According to the ATS officer, Shakeel was being searched for the last three days. In search of him, raids were conducted in many areas of Lucknow but he was not found. On Wednesday morning, Shakeel’s location was found in Wazirganj area. Shakeel, an e-rickshaw driver by profession, was caught by the ATS team near Buddha Park. The ATS team arrested her and took her straight to the headquarters. An ATS team is scrutinizing the details of his mobile. At the same time, preparations have been started to raid his hideouts.
