Yogi Adityanath took oath as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh in a grand ceremony held at Lucknow’s Ekana Stadium. Yogi Adityanath has become the CM of the state for the second time in a row. Apart from Yogi, 52 ministers took oath of office and secrecy on Friday, including BJP’s ally Nishad Party chief Dr. Sanjay Nishad. Told Sanjay Nishad, who took oath as a cabinet minister in Yogi Sarkar 2.0, that making Narendra Modi the PM again in 2024 is his priority.
Talking to the media, Sanjay Nishad expressed his gratitude to the top leadership of BJP and CM Yogi Adityanath for being made a minister. Sanjay Nishad said that the people of the state reposed faith in the good governance of Yogi Adityanath. That trust will be further strengthened.
To a question about the cabinet share, Sanjay Nishad said, “We are not the ones asking for, we are going to give to the people.” He was fighting for 403 seats and brought historic victory. Sanjay Nishad said that we are working for NDA and not for different party.

At the same time, while talking to ABP News, Sanjay Nishad said, “Today was the first day and everyone was getting introduced, we were new. That’s why CM Yogi explained that in what way the new people have to be handled, from where they have to avoid slipping, who slips and who lurks.. will have to be handled with this. All these things were discussed.”
Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak took oath as deputy CMs in the oath-taking ceremony held on Friday. Keshav Prasad Maurya has become Deputy CM for the second time, while Dr. Dinesh Sharma has been discharged from the cabinet and Brajesh Pathak has been made Deputy CM in his place. In the second term of the Yogi government, there are 16 cabinet ministers, 20 ministers of state and 14 ministers of state (independent charge), including five women.
