Delhi Metro Holi News: The statement of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has come after the video of two girls playing Holi in Delhi Metro went viral on Saturday. DMRC raised questions on the authenticity of the video and said that it could be deepfake. In the video, two girls were seen applying Holi colors to each other inside the coach and the Hindi song ‘Aang Laga De Re, Mohe Rang Laga De Re…’ was playing in the background. DMRC is analyzing the alleged violation of its policies.
DMRC said in the statement, ‘In the initial investigation, the authenticity of this video shot inside the metro also seems doubtful as it seems to be a complete deepfake.’ While condemning the video, DMRC also urged the passengers not to make such videos which may cause inconvenience to other passengers.

DMRC said in its statement, ‘Through passenger awareness campaigns, we have tried to increase awareness among passengers and requested them not to create reels in the metro or do any such act which may cause inconvenience to fellow passengers. We also request fellow passengers to inform us immediately as soon as they see such shooting. DMRC said that it is not at all in favor of making such reels in the metro premises.
What was in the video?
The girls are sitting on the floor inside the metro and applying colors to each other. A video of both the girls is going viral on social media. In the footage, two girls in traditional dress, white saree and white ‘Salwar Kameez’, apply colors to each other and do intimate acts inside the metro. In the video she is rubbing her cheeks together. The song ‘Aang Laga De…’ from the film ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela’ is playing in the background.

This video also went viral on ‘X’. Expressing their displeasure on social media, people strongly condemned the two girls seen in the video. Many people had also asked to take action against both the girls. One user wrote, ‘We need a law against this as soon as possible.’ Another said: ‘I’m embarrassed to see this video! Think about the other people sitting there. One wrote, ‘No law is needed. Just a charge of Rs 1 lakh per 15 seconds will be enough. Another user demanded arrest of girls for indulging in such activities on public transport.
