Samsung Galaxy S23 Recently a new update has been rolled out. After this update the phone has faced many problems. The South Korean company has blamed Google for the problem with its flagship phone. This flagship smartphone of Samsung was launched last year. After OneUI 6.1 update, users were facing difficulty in using the touch screen of the phone. Users are facing a lot of problems due to the unresponsive touchscreen of Samsung’s expensive phones.
This feature of Google became the reason!
Samsung blamed Google and said that because of its Discover Feed app, the touchscreen in the phone is not working properly. Samsung users have been facing this problem for a long time. However, the South Korean company said that it is working with Google to correct it. The company has asked Google to provide a permanent solution to this bug caused by the Discover Feed app.
Samsung told users that to overcome this problem, users will have to take temporary measures. For this, users will have to go to the phone’s settings and clear Google app data. After this, users will get rid of this bug in touchscreen. However, this is not a permanent solution, due to which users may have to face this problem again.
Problems have come before
This is not the first time that users have faced problems after a new update. Even before this, many times a bug has appeared in the phone after the update released for the smartphone. Samsung’s OneUI works on Google’s Android operating system. Whenever Samsung releases an update for its devices, it does so keeping in mind Google’s open source operating system and its features. As with any update, technical glitches may occur. Samsung and Google will soon find a fix for this problem of Galaxy S23.
