Indore, New Dunia Rep. So far 300 kg of bio-CNG has been prepared in the ‘Gobar-Dhan’ plant, which produces 17500 kg of bio-CNG from 500 tonnes of wet waste in the trenching ground. For the process of preparing this gas, about two and a half thousand tonnes of cow dung has been used to prepare the culture. At present, 1000 tonnes of cow dung has been kept in stock to prepare gas in the plant. When this plant starts to be used at full capacity, 10 to 20 tonnes of cow dung will be required per day in the plant. The agency operating the plant has tied up with Gaushalas for this.

Much better work done for cleanliness in Indore
More work has been done here than I had heard about the cleanliness of Indore. The work done in Indore for cleanliness is a model in the country. Other cities of the country will follow the work done by Indore. Under the Urban 2 project of the Swachh Bharat Mission, similar plants are being set up in other cities of the country. Along with the Indore Corporation Administration, the residents of the city have worked with dedication for cleanliness. After the bio-CNG is prepared, the residual liquid will be used as manure. Now the next goal is to provide 24 hours water to the public.
