This natural face pack contains three main ingredients—gram flour, curd and turmeric. All these three elements are considered very beneficial for the skin.
Gram flour helps in deep cleansing the skin by removing dirt and excess oil from the skin. The natural lactic acid present in curd moisturizes the skin and makes it soft. Turmeric is helpful in reducing acne and skin inflammation due to its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
To make this face pack, mix a pinch of turmeric in 2 spoons of gram flour and prepare a smooth paste by adding 1 to 2 spoons of fresh curd to it. Apply this mixture evenly on the face and neck and let it dry for about 15 minutes.
When it dries slightly, wash it with lukewarm water while scrubbing gently. This removes dead skin from the skin and makes the face look more fresh and glowing. According to experts, this home remedy can be used twice a week. Regular use improves skin texture and enhances natural glow.
