Third Sutra: “Mind Control”
In the digital age, notifications, phone calls, chats, videos, meetings and social media destabilize the mind. According to Geeta, life becomes easy for those who have controlled the mind. This means full focus on work and spending time with family at home. This principle is the most effective formula for work-life balance.
