First you grate the dry coconut.
After that add grated coconut in the mixer and mix both cashew and almonds in it.
Now after grinding take it out in a plate. Now put the pan on low flame and add ghee.
Now put the mixture in the pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
When the color of sawdust becomes light golden, then add a little milk to it and stir it well. Be careful not to add too much milk.
Now add milk powder and sugar to the mixture and stir.
After some time turn off the gas and sprinkle some coconut on top.
Now make laddus with light hands.
