Ingredients for making Amla Pickle-
250 grams amla
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tbsp mustard oil
salt to taste
Method to make Amla Pickle-
To make Amla Pickle in Microwave, first put mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds in a microwave safe bowl and bake for 30 seconds. Now put them in a grinder jar and make powder. After this wash the gooseberry with water and cut it. Put them in a vessel and mix it with salt. Now bake the amla in the microwave for 30 seconds. After the stipulated time, take out the gooseberries and mix them by adding salt, red chili powder and ground spices. Now put the mixed amla in the microwave and bake it again for 1 minute (till the amla becomes soft). Amla pickle is ready. Fill it in a container and keep it.
