Method of making mutton mince-
First of all you have to take mince in a vessel. Now add all the spices, onion, tomato and coriander in it and mix it well. After adding these spices, you have to keep the mutton mince aside for 30 minutes. Now take flour in a vessel. Add ajwain, salt and 1 teaspoon oil to it. Mix these things well in the flour. Now add water little by little and knead a fine soft dough. After this, to keep the dough from drying out, put 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or pan and heat it. Add mince to it and cook the mince on high flame for 10 minutes while stirring it well. Then add 1/2 cup water to it and mix. Cook the mince on low flame for 10 minutes. In 10 minutes the mince will be cooked well and its water will dry up. Switch off the flame and let the mince cool down. Now prepare to roll it by giving dough balls. Roll out a dough the size of a roti. Then fill 1 tablespoon spoon mince in the middle of it and then close it and roll it with light hands. Now roll it and bake it well. Your Mutton Keema Paratha is ready.
