Ingredients for making Papaya Pudding
- Papaya – 1, ripe
- Desi Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Boiled milk – 1/2 liter
- Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits (cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios ground) – 1 tbsp
Make papaya pudding in this way
- To make papaya pudding, first peel it well and cut it into small pieces.
- Now keep it in a big pot.
- Now put a pan on the gas to heat. Now add ghee to it and make the gas medium.
- When the ghee becomes hot on low flame, add chopped papaya to it and fry for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add milk to it and cook on medium flame.
- Cook it till the milk dries up well.
- After this add sugar, cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits and mix it.
- Now let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Your nutritious halwa is ready.
