You have to keep in mind that do not eat sesame kheer much in the summer season because sesame is hot and is more beneficial in winter but you can eat it like a dessert after eating. It looks very nutritious.
Ingredients for Sesame Kheer
1 1/2 liters full cream milk
1/2 cup date jaggery
1/2 cup flaked almonds
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup sesame
1 cup mixed dry fruits
1 handful roasted cashews
How to make Sesame Kheer
To start this easy recipe, take a vessel and pour milk into it, stirring continuously, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. After this take another pan and dry roast the sesame seeds and take them out in a plate. In the same pan, add some ghee and toss the dry fruits and dry fruits till they turn light golden. As soon as the milk starts reducing, reduce the flame and add sesame seeds, condensed milk along with dry fruits. Boil it well for 10 minutes. If needed, adjust the sweetness by reducing the amount of jaggery or condensed milk. Lastly, switch off the flame and add dates, jaggery and dry fruits and mix well, so that there are no lumps. Serve it hot.
