Trainer told the formula to lose 10kg weight
Fitness trainer Sunil Shetty recently posted a video on Instagram, in which he talked about this topic. In this video, he explains that you don’t need to starve, nor do you need any expensive or fancy diets. You just have to focus on three things: protein intake, movement (being active) and consistency. He further explained that most people fail in the beginning of their fat-loss journey because their diet lacks enough protein while they have high cravings. This results in you feeling hungry again within just two hours and overeating—which can hinder rapid weight loss.

How to start your morning
Trainers recommend that you should start your day with a glass of lukewarm water. You can also add lemon juice and cinnamon powder to it. Also, before your workout, have black coffee, an apple, and peanut butter to give you the energy you need for your workout. Your breakfast should be such that you feel full and satisfied, not one that increases your hunger. In this case, if you want, you can have sprout salad with peanut butter and a *besan cheela* (chickpea flour pancake) for breakfast.

what to have for lunch
Sunil explains that many people make mistakes when it comes to lunch. He emphasizes that lunch should be simple and rich in protein. For lunch, you can choose just two *rotis*, *paneer bhurji* (minced paneer), rice, dal, or grilled chicken. If you do not eat non-veg food, then you should include cheese and eggs in your diet.

Evening and dinner diet
Some people like to eat biscuits with their tea in the evening. However, the trainer recommends that instead, you should have green tea and roasted gram. As far as dinner is concerned, you should strictly eat light and high protein food. For your evening meal, you can choose tofu, paneer, or grilled chicken. This will ensure that your body can recover properly while you are sleeping.
