Home remedies for malaria
1) Turmeric
Turmeric is used daily in Indian homes. It contains anti-oxidant and anti-microbial properties. Turmeric helps in flushing out toxins from the body, which are caused by Plasmodium infection. Turmeric helps in eliminating the malaria parasite. Its anti-inflammatory properties help reduce muscle and joint pain, which are common in malaria. To combat malaria, drink a glass of turmeric milk every night.
2) Ginger
Ginger has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. Ginger can help relieve pain. Along with this, ginger can also help in the problem of nausea. For this, add ginger to hot water and then mix honey in it and drink it twice a day.
3) Orange juice
If you are infected with malaria, you can include orange juice in your diet. Vitamin C present in orange juice helps in increasing immunity. Orange juice can also help reduce fever. If you are infected with malaria then you can take 2 to 3 glasses of fresh orange juice.
4) Cinnamon
The anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties in cinnamon help combat the symptoms of malaria. Add cinnamon and black pepper powder to hot water and drink it once or twice a day.
