Lucknow. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a tour of his parliamentary constituency Varanasi on Thursday. The Congress raised questions about his visit and called it a political pressure. Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput said that the question arises that what will the public get from this?
Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput said in a conversation with , “Prime Minister is visiting Varanasi, this is a good thing. But, the question arises what Banaras will get?”
He said that there are questions about ‘vote theft’ in the minds of the people of Banaras. The public is asking that when Congress state president Ajay Rai was ahead for six rounds during the Lok Sabha elections 2024 counting, what happened suddenly that the light disappeared and the data also disappeared. All disappeared and the results were declared after that.
He further said, “If Ajay Rai wants to ask questions then he is put under house arrest. I ask why the government does not want to listen to its opposition. In democracy, protest is an essential part of power. Why does the government not want to know it. All these questions will be asked.”
Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput said, “The way the Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi was opposed in the Lok Sabha in Rae Bareli on Wednesday, there was a plan to protest in Kashi today. Today the Congress state president announced it, but those who opposed the protesting were arrested. Is.”
