Chandigarh, May 13 (IANS). State government minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Harpal Singh Cheema has made a big claim on the firing case at the house of Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh’s manager. Cheema said that BJP is responsible for the firing incident. Diljit Dosanjh had rejected his offer to join the party.
Punjab Minister Harpal Singh Cheema told IANS, “The whole country knows that the Bharatiya Janata Party is in power in Gujarat for a long time. Lawrence Bishnoi is living in a jail in Gujarat. A few days ago, the BJP had requested Diljit Dosanjh to join our party, but he refused in front of the whole world that I cannot join any party, rather I will keep doing my show. After this, his manager was attacked and then Taking responsibility on behalf of Lawrence Bishnoi shows that whoever does not join her party, she intimidates, threatens and gets them fired.”
Harpal Singh Cheema said that BJP is responsible for the firing incident. This is an anti-Punjab party, which has now been exposed.
Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party leader also reacted to the ED and CBI raids in Punjab. He said, “Today the BJP is using agencies like the Enforcement Directorate (ED), CBI, Income Tax Department and Election Commission of India as weapons and tools for its purposes.”
On the cancellation of NEET-UG 2026 exam due to paper leak allegations, Harpal Singh Cheema said, “Incidents of paper leaks happen in BJP ruled states, and then the case is handed over to the CBI and is ultimately suppressed. The same seems to be happening in the case of NEET exam, because now the case is being handed over to the CBI. I believe this is playing with the future of lakhs of students of the country. These children are the future of our nation. Had to groom.”
At the same time, on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeal to citizens to save fuel and avoid buying gold, the Aam Aadmi Party leader said, “Many well-known people in this country are associated with business, especially gold business. Lakhs of people are engaged in gold business and I believe that the Bharatiya Janata Party has made a big attack on them. Gold is also deeply connected with our daughters and women in our society, so I believe that this is a serious blow for women also. This shows that the country’s The economy is becoming increasingly unstable and fragile.”
