Ajit Pawar dies in plane crash: PM Modi talks to CM Fadnavis, Amit Shah leaves for Baramati

New Delhi, January 28 (IANS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief after the death of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar in a plane crash. He has spoken to state Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on phone.

According to the information, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on phone and took complete information about the incident. Union Home Minister Amit Shah also called CM Fadnavis. Maharashtra government officials said that PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have been informed about the accident and the current situation.

Condoling Ajit Pawar’s death, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote on social media platform

Regarding Ajit Pawar, PM Modi said, “He was a mass leader who had a deep connect with the people and at the grassroots level. He was highly respected as a hardworking person, who was always at the forefront in the service of the people of Maharashtra. He had a deep understanding of administrative matters. His passion for empowering the poor and the needy was especially worth seeing. His sudden demise is very shocking and sad. My deepest condolences to his family and countless supporters.” Sensibilities.”

Expressing his condolences, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, “I am deeply saddened by the news of the loss of Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra and our senior NDA colleague Ajit Pawar in a tragic accident. The way Ajit Pawar dedicated himself to the welfare of every section of Maharashtra in the last three and a half decades cannot be expressed in words. Whenever he met, he used to have long discussions on various issues related to the welfare of the people of Maharashtra. His demise is a personal loss for the NDA family as well as me. There is damage.”

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar was going from Mumbai to Baramati to attend a public meeting on Wednesday. His plane crashed during landing near Baramati at around 9 am. It is being told that the plane went out of control during landing at an airport in Baramati and crashed. The plane caught fire after the crash. According to the information, no one on board the plane survived the accident.
