Patna, March 8 (IANS). Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s son Nishant took membership of JDU on Sunday. After accepting membership, he met his father Nitish Kumar and took blessings. After this he directly reached Mahavir temple and had darshan and took blessings.
Nishant took membership of JDU in a program organized in JDU office. After this he reached the famous Mahavir temple located near Patna station and offered prayers and took blessings. Here while talking to the media he said that everyone in JDU party is like family. I will try to fulfill whatever responsibility the party has given me. This will be the endeavor for the party to continue serving the people in future also. May the party continue to receive people’s love and blessings.
In this sequence, Nishant also went to the tomb located near the High Court and prayed. Talking to the media, he said that I have come to seek blessings of Allah. Allah, Waheguru and God are all one. My father has also been accepting all religions; I will also try to take all religions along. He said that I will soon visit all the districts of the state and try to understand how the party and organization can be further strengthened.
Earlier, Nishant took membership of JDU in a function organized at JDU office in Patna. He was accepted the membership of the party by the party’s National Executive President Sanjay Kumar Jha and Union Minister Lalan Singh. On this occasion, many senior party leaders including Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Shravan Kumar, Bijendra Yadav, Ramnath Thakur were present.
Let us tell you that speculations about Nishant’s entry into politics were going on for a long time. From senior JDU leaders to common workers had been demanding Nishant’s entry into politics. There is huge enthusiasm among party leaders and workers about his entry into politics. During this, the workers kept raising slogans in support of Nishant and Nitish Kumar.
