Bihar: Nitish Kumar will take oath as Chief Minister today, big NDA leaders including Shah, Nadda reached Patna.

Patna, 20 November (IANS). After the landslide victory in Bihar assembly elections, NDA is going to form a new government. On Wednesday, Nitish Kumar was elected the leader of NDA. He will take oath as Chief Minister at Gandhi Maidan on Thursday. Top NDA leaders including Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National President JP Nadda reached Patna on Wednesday night to attend the swearing-in ceremony.

BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh, while talking to IANS, said that the people of Bihar have given a lot of love to the NDA, that is why the government has been formed. Nitish Kumar is about to take oath as Chief Minister. The people of Bihar have blessed the pairing of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Enthusiasm is being seen all over the country.

He said that the way NDA has won in Bihar shows that the people are very happy with the policies of the Central and State Government. This also has the message that you people should continue doing similar work in future also, you people will remain in Bihar.

While talking to the media, Madhya Pradesh CM Dr. Mohan Yadav Patna said that it is spring in Bihar, there is NDA government. NDA government has come again in Bihar on the basis of its work. Governments are being formed in different states continuously under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is a matter of great happiness. I have come to attend the swearing-in ceremony.

The swearing-in ceremony of the new government will be held at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on Thursday. Extensive preparations are going on at Gandhi Maidan regarding this. Preparations are being made keeping in mind the possibility of gathering of people from common people to special people in the function.

A day earlier, Nitish Kumar had reached Gandhi Maidan and taken stock of the preparations for the swearing-in ceremony of the new government. During the inspection, the Chief Minister had taken detailed information from the officials regarding the seating arrangement for the guests on the stage and other facilities being provided.

Let us tell you that NDA has got a total of 202 seats in Bihar Assembly elections. BJP won 89 seats. Nitish Kumar’s Janata Dal (United) is at second place with 85 seats. At the same time, Chirag Paswan’s Lok Janshakti Party (R) won 19 seats. Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) has won five seats and Rashtriya Lok Morcha has won four seats.
