Government of those who love Bangladesh will not come to Bengal: Rohan Gupta

Ahmedabad, February 18 (IANS). BJP leader Rohan Gupta took a dig at TMC chief and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and said that those who love Bangladesh should prepare, his departure from Bengal is certain.

Speaking to IANS in Ahmedabad, BJP leader Rohan Gupta said that Mamata Banerjee’s love for Bangladesh is well known. She is saying that Bangladesh’s elections are very good and our electoral system is wrong. She is saying that elections are not being conducted properly here, what could be a bigger joke than this. People all over the country see that elections are conducted here with transparency. If the results are not as per your expectations then you will raise questions on the Election Commission.

BJP leader Rohan Gupta said that it is not possible for any irregularities to occur in such a big election. Every time the time comes to give evidence, they run away. Whatever draft list has been released in Bengal, tell us how much opposition and objection Mamata Banerjee’s party has expressed since then. You don’t have to follow the process of SIR, you just have to talk as per your wish.

Regarding the Congress government of Karnataka, BJP leader Rohan Gupta said that the entire country knows the situation of Karnataka today. The guarantees given by the Congress Party have not been fulfilled till date and new cases of corruption are coming to light every day. Just making empty claims does not work. Where Congress is in power, it should do something. There is a Congress government in three states in the country which is not running properly, but they blame BJP.

The BJP leader said that Congress’s policy is to oppose everything. The Congress party is not able to handle the government of three states and blames the BJP. India’s 140 crore people are moving forward step by step with the BJP government. Congress should raise the level of its politics. By making allegations they are continuously lowering the level of politics.
