New Delhi, December 6 (IANS). On the issue of pollution, Delhi government minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, while replying to the opposition parties, said that this is a disease which is a challenge for us to cure. But, under the leadership of CM Rekha Gupta, we are fighting the war against pollution.
Speaking to IANS, Sirsa said that in the last 10 years, the previous government has not done anything to reduce the level of pollution. This is a disease which was not cured by the previous government. The BJP government in Delhi is working under the guidance of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta.
Appealing to the public, he said that everyone needs to come together. There is a great need for public participation. We all need to pay attention to pollution also.
Sirsa said that Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, along with all the ministers, MLAs and councilors, runs a big campaign three days a week. In this campaign, every area is systematically covered, all the old garbage, garbage and debris is collected and the roads are cleaned. This campaign helps in reducing pollution and also works to reduce dust.

He said that the air of Delhi is directly related to the health of all of us. Your participation and awareness in this is also very important for us. All of you are requested to immediately report on MCD 311 app or Green Delhi app if you see any kind of dirt or pollution. Teams will take immediate action on your information. Only when we all work together will our Delhi become clean, safe and healthy.”
