New Delhi, March 30 (IANS). Prime Minister Narendra Modi has paid tribute to the great freedom fighter Shyamji Krishna Verma on his death anniversary. PM Modi said that his life and ideals will continue to inspire every generation of the country to serve the nation.

In another post, PM Modi wrote, “We get amazing inspiration for courage and courage from the life of the great freedom fighter Shyamji Krishna Verma. It also fills the countrymen with the feeling of discharging their duties towards the nation.”

On this occasion, he also shared a ‘Sanskrit Subhashitam’, in which it was written, “Vichitracharitolekhchamatkaritchetanam. Prapyate ki yaashah shubhramanangikiratya sahasam.” It is said in ‘Sanskrit Subhashitam’, “The bright fame that dazzles the mind by describing wonderful deeds is achieved only by possessing courage.”

Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari also paid tribute to Shyamji Krishna Verma. He wrote, “The great revolutionary Shyamji Krishna Varma, who mobilized the resolve for India’s independence through revolutionary activities, was the source of inspiration for many revolutionaries. Humble greetings to him on his memorial day.”

Union Minister of State for Finance and Uttar Pradesh BJP President Pankaj Choudhary posted, “Humble tribute to the immortal son of the Indian freedom struggle, Shyamji Krishna Verma ji, on his death anniversary. His sacrifice, dedication and revolutionary ideas for the freedom of the nation will always inspire the countrymen.”

Paying tribute to his son Shyamji Krishna Verma on his death anniversary, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta wrote in the post, “The life of Shyamji Krishna Verma, who lit the flame of freedom struggle on foreign soil, was a symbol of unwavering patriotism. His thoughts, courage and immense dedication towards the motherland will always inspire us.”

Delhi government minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa posted on ‘X’, “Humble tribute to the great freedom fighter Shyamji Krishna Verma ji on his death anniversary. Even while living on foreign soil, he lit the flame of India’s independence, organized the revolutionaries and gave a new direction to the freedom movement through ‘India House’. His patriotism, courage and sacrifice will always inspire the coming generations.”
