During this, demands were raised to effectively implement the existing laws and schemes and fix accountability of the responsible departments to improve the status of women. -There should be a woman police stationed in every police station so that the woman complainant can express her views openly.
-There should be a ban on the admission fees charged every year in private schools
-Accountability of officers of the department implementing women’s laws should be fixed.
-Awareness should be brought on schemes for the poor, especially rural women.
-Awareness should be brought about the rights to ancestral property
