Mock drill is necessary for transparency and convenience of students in NEET-UG re-examination: Minister Sanjay Singh

Patna, June 20 (IANS). Bihar Government Minister Sanjay Singh supported the government’s mock drill regarding the re-examination of NEET-UG, saying that its objective is to make the examination process smooth, secure and transparent. The government wants that the future of the country and the students should not face any kind of difficulty and they should take the examination in a better environment and return to their homes with satisfaction and happiness.

Speaking to IANS after the Janata Darbar program organized in Patna, Sanjay Singh said that the central and state governments are giving top priority to the facilities of the students. Steps like mock drills are being taken to improve the arrangements at the examination centers and prevent any kind of chaos. The government is continuously making efforts in this direction so that students can get a fair and safe environment.

The minister said that the PM is always sensitive to ensure that the people of the country do not face any kind of problem. The Prime Minister continuously implements new schemes and initiatives to make people’s lives easier and protect the interests of various sections. In the field of education also, the government’s objective is to provide better opportunities and facilities to the youth.

Giving information regarding Janata Darbar, Sanjay Singh said that a large number of people are coming from different districts and areas of Bihar with their problems. These mainly include matters related to land disputes, education, health and other public concerns. It is the effort of the government and public representatives to listen to people’s problems seriously and solve them in a timely manner.

Remembering late Ram Vilas Paswan, he said that he always listened to the problems of common people and was active in solving them. Taking this tradition forward, Union Minister and party leader Chirag Paswan also gives priority to the problems of the people. Even during his tenure as MP, Chirag Paswan listened seriously to the complaints of the people and made efforts to resolve them. This is the reason why there is deep trust in the Janata Darbar and the public representatives.

The Minister said that the problems of the people coming to the Janata Darbar are being conveyed to the concerned departments and the process of resolving them is being started. The aim of the government is to save people from visiting offices and ensure quick resolution of their problems.

In response to a question regarding the summer season, Sanjay Singh said that the state government and the concerned departments are fully alert. Frequent meetings are being held with officials and the situation is being monitored. The government is trying to ensure that the common people do not face any kind of problem during the scorching heat and essential services remain available smoothly.
